The apartment building is small, only 10 units and the neighbors are all quiet and very friendly, great for when you are doing laundry as it is almost always empty!
No other tenants live on our floor, just one single older gentleman that lives below us who keeps to himself.

There is permit street parking, there is usually plenty of available space. The Apartment is on the top floor (only two levels) so it is bright and quiet with no one above us, keeping noise at a minimum. Comfortable stay in a convenient location
I was in Santa Monica for 2 months for clinical rotation as a student. Stacey was always open to and accessible in communication. The apartment accommodations were great - very comfortable bed, convenient bathroom location connected to bedroom, lots of closet space and desk, and kitchen essentials. Prime location in Santa Monica, walking/short-driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach! Couple incidents of water issues that resolved and was communicated. Would recommend this place for a short-term stay :)
