Good luck
The house is a rushed, low-quality flip with little attention to detail—dead bugs painted into window frames, partially painted ceilings, missing tiles, moldy windows, ants, and laundry machines awkwardly crammed into the space. The landlord did not disclose that the home is actively listed for sale. While mentioned in the contract (which we underestimated), this led to frequent showings. With a toddler and two dogs, we had to vacate the home several times a week for hours at a time. The agent coordinating showings was also unpleasant to deal with. There were safety concerns as well. The sliding glass door barely locked, the handle broke off, and the solution provided was a wooden stick to block it. The home is also in a high-traffic area with headlights shining directly into the windows and a steep, stressful driveway. Monthly pet rent on top of fees was not disclosed in the listing, only in the contract. Overall, this was a frustrating rental during an already stressful relocation.
