Everything is very well maintained. Owner is available 24/7 by text, is a professional 55-year-old and lives by himself in his own apartment above the garage. You will probably never see or hear him, unless you want to. This is just a very nice place to stay. Pictures will show that.

This space includes a bedroom, office and full bathroom. Very nice neighborhood, quiet and beautiful. You also have access to the rest of the house. A large deck and huge fenced in yard.
