Great stay in a Quiet neighborhood

Beautiful home with a landlord who is very attentive and always reminded me that if I needed anything, just let him know. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, which made my stay even better. I did see one review mention the room was a little under-furnished, but during my stay he asked for my recommendations on what could be added to improve it. That showed me he genuinely cares and is always trying to make the space better for each new renter. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cozy

The house is charming cozy, in a quiet area not very far from where I worked. The room was a little under furnished. I would have liked a dresser or chest of drawers to put away my clothes and underwear. There's no tv in the room so if you're someone who enjoys watching tv in bed you would need to bring your own. Upon moving out, the tenant is responsible for either having the linens professionally cleaned, or replacing them altogether, so that cost needs to be factored in.Also, during my stay the washing machine needed repairs, to which the landlord informed us that the washer and dryer were not included and that he was allowing us to use it as a courtesy.Just take that into consideration if on site laundry is a factor. The landlord required a cleaning fee prior to moving in, however I'm not sure what the cleaning fee was used for.There was no cleaning service during my stay and the cleaning fee was not applied towards the cost of replacing my linen, which was $161.

This was the Perfect property for my stay in STL The house has a modern yet homey feel & is newly renovated, fully equipped for my needs. The neighborhood is quiet & safe, conveniently located near shopping centers. I spent many of my mornings sitting outside enjoying the cool breeze.There is adequate parking on the street as well. Lastly the property manager was an amazing host!

Great for travel nurses!

I came to St.Louis for a travel nurse assignment and I am so grateful to have stayed at this property! I work night shift and the landlord was very accommodating to put up some black-out shades for me and answer any questions i had quickly. If you take the bus- there is also a bus that is nearby that you can walk to. Its in a walkable area of town. Also, this place was well furnished- providing a modern-new-age style. I had enough space in the refrigerator and cupboards. Perfect place for a professional looking to work will definitely recommend!
