I live in a nice neighborhood within near a small park and a walking trail. There is a large workout area in the basement with a treadmill, weights, DVD player, and a TV. I am also close to the Marysville YMCA and other gyms in Lake Stevens. There are stairs for the 3 levels of the house.

Clean, quiet, comfy, wonderful stay!!
I really enjoyed my stay in Samantha's home. The room and house are very clean, the bed is comfy, the darkening curtains made for restful sleep, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and I had plenty of space in the room/closet to store my personal items. Her sweet, friendly black kitty Salem was a lovely bonus! Samantha is very nice, hospitable, and made sure I had everything needed to be comfortable. Another bonus was being able to park in the garage. Highly recommend her home!! And it was an easy drive to Marysville, Everett, Snohomish, and Mount Vernon!
