This little modern cottage has been completely redone from top to bottom. It has a dining table with seating for 6 and a smart TV in the living room. We also have an additional loft area with 2 twin beds, but the ceiling is low. Full size washer and dryer are available for you use as well, full sized appliances. You will adore the outdoor deck and brand new firepit in the yard.
Neighborhood overview
Our home is one short block to our neighborhood park and Lake Erie. The park has a full size basket ball court, allows dogs on leashes, many picnic tables and benches as well some small playground equipment. This park and beach access is only available to residents. This is a gem of the our neighborhood called Rye Beach.
