Serene Queen Suite was a very spacious and sunny room. It was close to Westchester Medical Center and downtown. John is a great landlord and the place was clean and quiet by 8pm. It's a great place to rent for a female, felt safe and secure. Parking there was easy and wifi was good and outdoor area was manicured well. Perfect spot for travel contracts or students.

Great place to stay!

Staying here has been such a great experience. The house itself is very spacious with big, comfortable rooms and a kitchen that makes cooking easy and enjoyable. There is also plenty of parking, which has been so convenient. What really makes this place special, though, is the landlord. They are kind, welcoming, and every now and then surprise you with homemade Italian food. It feels less like just renting a house and more like being part of a warm and friendly home.
