Warm hosts, great space!

My fiancé and I stayed with Karine and Greg for three months, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. First and foremost, they were incredible hosts and were friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. They gave great recommendations and even offered us rides while our truck was in the shop, which went above and beyond. The space itself was spacious, well-stocked, and perfectly suited to our needs. As two remote workers, we especially appreciated the dedicated office setup which made working from home easy and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was another major plus. It’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and gyms. Overall, we couldn’t recommend the space or Karine and Greg more highly. It was truly a 10/10 experience, and we hope to stay with them again.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect. I ended up staying for 3 months, and I couldn't possibly say better things about staying with Karine and Greg. From the minute I arrived, they made me feel right at home, and couldn't have been friendlier the entire time. They were always ready to give any recommendations or tips I could need around SLC, but also respect your privacy as much as you want. Everything is exactly as described in the description. The location is perfect, super close to everything you could need (including highways) but also in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment is super clean and has everything you could need- kitchen was beyond fully stocked with everything you could want, and all 3 bedrooms had multiple sets of sheets, extra pillows, TV's, dressers, etc. They provided laundry/dishwasher detergent, drinks/snacks, and extra of pretty much anything you could think of. I'm sad to be leaving but if you're reading this, you should stay here. You won't regret it.

Great location and accommodating host!

Karine and Greg were absolutely wonderful hosts! From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating and made our stay completely stress-free. They went above and beyond, especially by allowing us to store our cars on the property while we prepared to move them to another state. That level of kindness and flexibility is hard to find, and we truly appreciated it. Their communication was fast, friendly, and helpful, and the space itself was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Loved our stay!

This home is gorgeous. The location is a great central location, with an easy quick drive to downtown or the mountains. The home itself is spacious, and was perfect for our small family. And a plus that its beautifully furnished, making you feel at home. It was the perfect landing spot for our mountain stay, highly recommend!

Great value, great location!

The rooms are very well kept and clean. My family loved all of the space and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is about 30 minutes from all the cottonwood ski resorts. Nothing like a day of skiing and a night of soaking in the hot tub.

Exactly what we needed!

My family and I stayed here between homes while waiting for our new house to be built, and we loved it! Location: Unbeatable access to major Salt Lake freeways, just 5 min. to TRAX/Frontrunner and Intermountain Medical Center, and 12-15 min. from downtown. Utah County is only 20 min. away. Peace and quiet: Its tucked in a quiet Murray/Taylorsville pocket. The street its on is a bit busy, but its still quiet inside. The upstairs landlord is very kind and respectful, and the neighborhood is friendly. Spaciousness: The layout is well thought out with plenty of storage and workspace. It never felt crampedjust cozy and homey. Great landlord: Incredibly kind, accommodating, and quick to respond. They handled any issues promptly and with a positive attitude. Amenities: The home is fully equipped for a short-term rental, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it for an extended stay!

Incredible Hosts and Amazing Stay

A perfect home away from home! Stayed for a few weeks and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessities. The host was responsive and made everything seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay!

Welcoming fabulously styled basement

This is a perfect 3 bedroom basement apartment located within minutes of the freeway. It feels spacious. We love the 1/2 bath in the master bedroom and love having a bathtub (shower combo) in the main bathroom. My favorite part is probably the open concept kitchen where it is easy to have a few cooks in the kitchen and you can serve food buffet style with the cute butcher block buffet space in the dining area. It is well stocked with cooking essentials too. Working from home couldnt be easier with a spacious office. The hot tub and swing set are an added bonus too! I love relaxing with family and friends on the comfy couch watching movies and tv. I love the decor style. The owners have great taste, are great to work with, very communicative, understanding and honest.
