A MUST STAY! TOP-NOTCH LANDLORD!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing extended stay (30 days+) at a lovely 2-bedroom apartment managed by Regina. From the moment I inquired about the property to the day we moved out, Regina demonstrated a level of kindness and professionalism that any tenant would cravegood ole southern hospitality. She consistently went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay in a timely manner. All accommodation needs were accounted for in the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry areathe apartment layout was comfortable and spacious. Regina even set up a small office space to accommodate my needs for a remote workspace. The atmosphere of the neighborhood is peaceful (safe), great for walking/running, and has plenty of eating areas within walking distance or a short 5-minute drive away. Overall, we definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting the Charlotte area!
