Great stay
Nice updated space in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Mel is a great landlord, easy to communicate with and very helpful when problems arose. No oven in the apartment, but there is a stove top. The house is very conveniently located off the interstate and close to shopping/grocery stores.

Perfect Sleep
I would like to share my experience staying here at this perfect quiet, warm, very safe house. The owner took this space to the next level! All brand new paint, appliances, furniture, bed, 55 inch smart TV with sweet adjacent bathroom next to the living area. The property location is perfect for grocery shopping, entertainment, I-5 freeway, with a top notch hospital. All minutes away. Melissa is the best landlord and is never in your business . You have the whole down stairs to yourself The property is located on a dead end cul-de-sac with super nice neighbors and most of all its very quiet. Parking is great for any vehicle. I would love to stay here again if Im in the area and this place is available?
