Tatianna has a great and consistently clean home. She is very kind and attentive to any concerns I had. Great stay overall and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Very close to grocery stores, barber shops, gyms and other services.

I had a wonderful experience renting from T. She was consistently accommodating, kind, and gracious throughout my stay. The home was always clean, which made a big difference in my day. What stood out most was how she went above and beyond whenever I needed anything. T is responsive and thoughtful. Every interaction was positive and professional. I would absolutely rent from her again without reservation. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable

This property is well-maintained and accommodating. The host, Tatiana, is very welcoming and easy to talk to. The common areas are kept clean and tidy and I found it to be a respectful environment to come home to at the end of the day. The bedroom had everything needed and a set of drawers was even provided upon request.

Left Early Due to Safety Concerns

I had a very difficult experience at this property and chose to move out early, even though I paid the full 5-month lease. I left in 2 months due to ongoing issues in the living environment. There were frequent incidents of shouting and tense interactions, which made it uncomfortable to live there. As an international student far from family support, this situation was especially stressful. Before moving in, certain terms were discussed, including a small rent adjustment and some living arrangements. However, these were not followed, which led to repeated disagreements. like, cooking in the mornings was initially approved, but later became a point of conflict despite efforts to minimize any disturbance. Once to talk about a family emergency, the situation escalated significantly. I was shouted at and a threatening statement was made. This made me feel unsafe and was a key reason I left early. No tenant should have to deal with conflict, intimidation, or feeling unsafe in their housing.

Great stay

I lived here for six months and had a great experience. The house was always quiet, comfortable, and clean, with shared spaces cleaned weekly. Tatiana was very friendly, accommodating, and was always a phone call away if I needed anything. She was also very flexible when I needed to extend my lease by two weeks last minute due to a date error. Id highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and affordable place to live.
