Cozy home

The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. They would reach out to us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, especially having the nearby park to take our dog for walks. The home provided everything we were looking for. The off street parking was a plus and having the snow removal included was a positive! We definitely would stay here again!

Home away from home

This has been one of my most comfortable stays. The neighborhood is adorable, quiet, and very safe! There are many trails for walking the pups, and friendly neighbors throughout. The house itself is the perfect size, space, and affordability. The beds are comfortable, and there is standard size living room furniture.. which you don't seem to find often nowadays. I have felt so comfortable here, I will definitely be reaching out to Alli in the future, shall I return to Iowa City. The backyard is extremely nice if you have pets and also in the summertime laying out with girlfriends. Private and peaceful! Excellent location as well. Minutes away from the hospital, grocery stores, many restaurants (try the corned beef at Pat and Frans) and more. Again this has been one of my favorite stays.
