Bright, Private, Convenient and Serene 800 sq ft Studio

A diamond in the Alberta Arts District!

Highly recommend this comfortable, quiet, well-maintained gem! This spacious apartment is private and secure, with a dedicated entrance through the back garden, abundant airflow, and plenty of natural light through its many windows. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed with high-quality amenities and appliances. The internet was fast and reliable, water pressure was excellent, and there was ample, well-lit street parking, often right in front of the house. The location in the heart of the Alberta Arts District is unbeatablejust a block from fantastic restaurants, shopping, and groceries, with easy access to public transit and major highways without the noise. Most importantly, the hosts are incredibly welcoming, considerate, safety-conscious, and communicative. They made everything seamless and were genuinely wonderful to work with. There may be comparable stays in the area, but it would be hard to find more lovely and thoughtful hosts. A 10/10 stay!
