Great place to stay

They have been incredibly friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you could need. Highly recommend.

A wonder place to stay

I have stayed with Monica and Beto now for 2 months in the downstairs apartment and can say it has been wonderful. Place was immaculate when I moved in and every question and concern has been dealt with immediately. I brought my small dog with me and they treat her as part of the family. I recommend staying here for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and beautiful place to stay. I have now moved to the trailer on the same property and they continue to be prompt with responding to questions and even provided a welcome basket with a toy and coat for my dog as well as ensured there was a cozy rug for her inside. I have lived in many apartments throughout my life and I can say they have been the best landlords I have had.

Advertised as fully furnished and all-inclusive, but it wasnt. Key issues during my stay:

Missing items (towels, bedding, bath mats, safety lighting); some provided when requested, others I purchased because they were needed. Unit was not cleaned before move-in. Roaches, bugs, and mice in the walls with a slow response to fix. Mold under sink handles, loose baseboards, torn screens, and an unsecured sliding patio door that doesnt lock or seal properly. Spotty internet connection. Landlord lurked outside, invited herself in, and used derogatory terms like la princesa when referring to me because I asked for necessities. Opened and signed for my registered mail (checks) after I moved out. Tried keeping deposit for preexisting issues. Requested cash payments to hide income from IRS and extra utility payments. Overall, not as advertised, poorly maintained, and very unprofessionally managed.
