Lakeview Gated Private Apartment

Comfortable and highly Convenient

I stayed here during my internship and absolutely loved the place. This was my first time leaving home. When I arrived Lindsey and the community were super open and willing to help me out whenever they could. The living space had everything I needed and more including access to the pool area. The view of the lake every morning made my day going to work. The town of Clermont had everything I needed and if I wanted to go to another area like Dayton, Tampa or Orlando the drive was super easy. I am more than grateful to be able to stay here, and If I had the option to do it all over again I would for sure pick this place.

Gated community studio apartment

The location exceeded our expectations with beautiful views of the lake right outside our door. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets on our doorstep. Very nice neighboorhood and hostess more than accomodating. Garage space was great and the location was walking distance to just about everything we needed. The Tiki Bar and downtown Clermont were favorites along with the salt shack. No limits on where to go walking safely and comfortably. The apartment provided all the basic living needs for a short term stay. The larger stores were just 5 minutes away. We look forward to returning. I highly recommend this stay.
