Outer Richmond Gem

Wonderful place! The apartment is delightful, has everything you need, and is kept in pristine condition. It’s easy to both drive and take public transit from here. Gina is great host and made for a stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Cozy Unit!

I had an amazing stay here! The place was incredibly cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. The location was ideal with easy access to Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park. The neighborhood felt very safe, peaceful, and easy parking. I loved being able to walk to great restaurants and cafes nearby. The owner truly stood out by being responsive, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making everything from check-in to checkout seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Peaceful Place

I enjoyed my stay here for 3 months. It is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The space has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owner was kind, responsive, and professional. I stayed during the summer, and it can get a bit warm. Nothing a fan cannot fix. Overall, a great place and I would stay in again.

Great place!

I stayed in the upper unit (Unit 2) for 1 month and it was overall a wonderful experience. Gina was kind, prompt and professional. She had the home supplied with all essentials. Very clean, and beautifully decorated. And it is a great location in the Outer Richmond! Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

I was Ginas first guest she is amazing and so kind, the place is a great space the location is amazing walking distance to Golden Gate Park. I liked the location so much that Im going to be renting the upper unit
