Would Not Recommend - Poor Soundproofing, Unreliable Power, and Deposit Withheld
No soundproofing, constant power outages, landlord kept deposit after agreeing to early move-out. Avoid.

I stayed at this property during my assignment at a nearby hospital. The Landlord was a great host. All the essentials needed were provided and the unit was in a convenient location. Close to hospitals, parks, trails, and shopping centers. I would definitely recommend this place.
