avoid this listing and this landlord!

The landlord, Jessie, refused to return my deposit when i moved out, she made many false claims about the conditions of the property, held me responsible for every scratch and dirt mark in the house, even though I left the property i occupied spotless! Jessie is very difficult to communicate with, there's a strong language barrier, she can be dismissive, disrespectful, and prone to verbal outbursts. The house does not get a regular cleaning, there's hair littering the floor in every corner. There are rules regarding when and how late the kitchen can be used, how often you can use oven and do laundry. There's often shouting /fighting in Chinese between the landlord and her sister, who also lives on the property, sometimes as early as 8am or past 11pm, so it is not a quiet and a calm environment. I found my stay very stressful, unpleasant. The landlord was usually inconsiderate and disrespectful. In my good conscience, I cannot and would not recommend renting from this landlord!
