Beautifully designed ,clean and quiet
I had a restful stay and in the " basement " apartment. I found it roomy and the sliding glass entrance opens to a large back yard - it doesn't have a basement feel to it.The bathroom has chic spa-like rain shower with semi-circle sliding glass door. The owners are very polite and always helpful addressing any request immediately.

Wallingford Basement Apartment
This space was wonderful in a quiet neighborhood. It's all one room but plenty of space to feel like different areas. The bed is small but comfortable and the landlords are kind and communicative. There is a designated parking space and I had no issue getting packages delivered. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.
