Perfect Little House, Perfect Location!

The home is well appointed and well stocked. Clean with perfectly manicured front and back yard. Fully fenced, private home with beautiful sunroom to relax in. Quiet neighborhood in the heart of North Nashville/Germantown area. Less than 10 minute drive to Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Shopping and Restaurants . Great short term rental, whether 2 days or 3 months!! The homeowners are awesome and are quick to attend to any needs you may have with the house. The off street parking is awesome and the 1 compact car garage is a nice bonus. We parked 1 of our jeeps in the garage the whole time!! We loved this little house, it was perfect. Great location!

A Great, Pet-Friendly Stay

We enjoyed our time here. The place was nice, clean, quiet, and fenced in, which was great for my dog. The host was friendly and responsive, always available if we had any questions. The neighborhood felt safe, and the location was convenient to everything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant staywed definitely recommend it to others looking for a peaceful place to relax, especially if you're traveling with pets.

Cozy in the City!

My family stayed here during a transition of selling/buying our own home. This place offers the conveniences of city living with a cozy feel! Situated in a charming, progressive & welcoming neighborhood. The floorplan and screened in front porch makes this place nice & comfy! The fenced in yard and garage provide extra privacy. Easy driving around town without needing to hop on the highway is a major plus! Also easy access to public transit! We really enjoyed being able to walk to Metrocenter, Germantown, Downtown & the Farmers Market! Another highlight is it is zoned for multiple school options! Perfect for singles or families alike! We truly enjoyed our time here!
