Gem!!!!
I really hate to tell y'all about this place because I'm trying to stay again soon!!! Roxana was one of the best landlords I've had in my 5 years of traveling. I found her when my other landlords were not efficient on fixing issues. Roxana's place is beautiful and quiet. She responded in a timely manner when anything happened. I couldn't ask for a better experience!!! You will get to know her and her fur baby Jolene! Literally, 15 minutes from downtown LA, Culver City and Hollywood. LAX is 20 mins away which was a plus. LA traffic is horrible, but you learn how to maneuver around the city. I worked at KP Sunset so that was approximately a 20-30 min drive. West KP is like 10 min. I'm so sad to go, but definitely will stay again if I have the opportunity!

Perfect stay!
I had a wonderful stay at Roxys. The place is incredibly comfortable, very clean, has nice touches (ceiling fans, dimmable lights, privacy windows, comfortable outdoor space, TV with all streaming apps) and well-stocked with everything youd need in the kitchen. Its also very convenient with on-site laundry, easy covered parking, AC and high-speed internet. Even though its on the same property, its completely private detached and quiet with a separate entrance and it truly feels like a cozy tree-house oasis in LA. The neighborhood is great as well, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Roxy is incredibly lovely, very responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. I couldnt recommend staying here more, and Ill definitely keep it in mind for future visits, especially longer stays.

Perfectly Located, Well-Maintained, and Dog-Friendly
Roxana is the kind of landlord everyone hopes for but few are lucky enough to find. Shes incredibly communicative, respectful, and genuinely cares about her tenants. The property is well maintained and thoughtfully managed there were very few issues during my stay, but on the rare occasion something came up, she addressed it immediately and thoroughly. The location is also very convenient centrally located with easy access to the I-10, which made getting around Los Angeles simple and stress-free. The space is also dog-friendly, which made it perfect for me and my pup. I moved to LA not knowing anyone, and Roxana went out of her way to make me feel welcome and at home from day one. I cant recommend her or this place highly enough.
