Lovely Studio Near Hospitals and Transit

Wonderful Stay

I stayed with the Gerbers for almost 2 months and everything about the stay was wonderful. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. To have a full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit is so rare and this place really had it all. Wonderful people and place -- I will for sure reach out when I'm back in town on another work project!

Fabulous apt

I loved this little studio! It's hidden away in a quiet little neighborhood. I felt very safe the whole time I stayed here. It has all the amenities you would need and my favorite was the shower! Huge shower, with very hot water! Larry and Barbra were the most kind to me, my car was delayed in shipping and they offered to take me to get groceries! And help in anyway they could. They really went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend

Perfect quiet little bungalow!

This space is PERFECT! I've been displaced from the fires and use FF a lot and this is a top property I've seen for the price! It's very clean (I was only the second person to use it), very quiet, has all the best amenities (dishwashers are so rare for studios!), the bed is so comfortable, has a split AC, shower pressure is perfect AND there is a private little sun drenched patio that my dog sunbathed everyday. The neighborhood is SO quiet, I slept like a baby! Larry and Barbara are so kind and accommodating. They are quiet and just so sweet. I can't recommend this place enough. I would have stayed longer but found an apartment to sign a lease on finally!
