We had an amazing time with them! It was such a great location and amazing space, it was surprising to be able to have the proximity to the city while still having the whole house to ourselves along with a front and back porch (and free parking). The landlord were always attentive and helped fix anything minor that came up within 24 hours. We've been city hopping in different cities and this was by far the best place to stay. The landlords are a sweet family that is from the neighborhood (Little Havana is also such a cool neighborhood to be in). Can't recommend this enough

Highly Dissapointed

We stayed at this rental for three months while relocating, and unfortunately it did not match what was advertised. The unit is much darker than the photos, and when we arrived, it was still being cleaned yet the floors were dirty (our feet turned black walking barefoot). Major issues came up quickly. The stove has no ventilation, and the windows were sealed shut for safety. I was shocked especially when I was told to leave the front door open for airflow, which is both unsafe and contradictory. Landlord eventually had to pry the windows open. The AC smelled strongly of mold, sinks didnt drain properly, and dust from the nearby freeway caused constant allergy issues. There was also no privacy workers came by almost daily without notice. For $3,500/month (no utilities), this is overpriced. I now pay $3,200 for a full-service high-rise with amenities. Despite leaving it clean, the $300 cleaning fee was still kept. Overall, poorly managed and not worth the cost.

Great location and accommodations

Clean, comfortable, friendly, responsive and trouble free accommodations. We rented this house for a few months as it is walking distance to Brickell, which was awesome. We could not be happier with our stay.
