Favorite place to stay in CVille
Ive stayed here for a total of 1.5 years over the last 3 years. I love it here! Quiet country setting. Only 30 minutes to the hospitals and shopping. About 15 minutes to the closest grocery store. Neighbors are *AMAZING* and super helpful. If I had my way - Id never live anywhere else. Pros: full large kitchen. Full size Washer/dryer. Fiber internet for all your streaming needs, great TV size. Landlord is off site, but very responsive and reasonable. Property Caretakers are right across the street. Neighbors next door work at UVA Hospital. Did I mention the hot tub???? Fire pit? Great for shift workers - nothing to keep you awake during the day. Cons: its the country so there are random ants/gnats/bees and occasional visits from the wildlife (deer and possum so far).
