An excellent stay!!

Kyle is genuinely the best! I have been traveling In the medical field or about 4 years now and this is one of the simplest and smoothest stays that I have ever had. She is always helpful and responds super fast to any problems that you have, Could you probably won't because everything that I needed was provided for. She has gone out of her way to make this place feel like a home. This was one of the places that I was genuinely sad to leave. Parking was a breeze. The backyard is beautiful. Laundry on site. Bed is soooo comfy. TV in living room and bedroom. Couch is great and big. She provided extra blankets and pillows when needed. Everything is clean! I highly recommend this stay!

Best Place in York!

I can’t recommend Kyle’s property enough! Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make it feel like home from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect. You’re within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown, while still just a short drive from even more great spots. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in York!

Rare gem

The few months I spent in Kyle's stunning home were excellent. I agree with all of the reviews! She definitely goes far above and beyond to make her roommates feel welcome and comfortable, and she has the insight of a traveller. The suites are ample and quiet, while the communal spaces are perfect and so cozy if you prefer a more social atmosphere. No amenities are spared in this grand old home. My 10 minute walk to work at York hospital and close proximity to the many establishments in town were also amazing! I cannot recommend Kyle and her home enough!

Great Place to Stay in YORK!

My experience at this property was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The owner was attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The location made everything convenient and enjoyable. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended if you need a temporary home.

Excellent for traveling health care workers

I stayed here for a clinical rotation for PA school. It was such a nice warm welcoming experience where Kyle had created that home away from home feeling. The house is equipped with all your immediate needs especially for a short stay away from home. It is super close to many of the fun things to explore and do in York. I highly recommend!

I stayed here for a clinical rotation for school and it was perfect. It was in the perfect location in York, in a quiet neighborhood that is also close to many shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped for everything I needed for my stay, without having to worry about bringing anything extra. There was plenty of space and SO clean. Kyle was also very attentive to anything I would need. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in York.

Perfect Stay!

I stayed at Kyle's property as a med student working at the hospital just a couple blocks up to road. It was a wonderful stay, super clean and quiet. The unit was spacious and comfortable with lots of windows and a private bath. The house itself is huge with access to tons of shared spaces and a full kitchen and laundry room. 1000/10 would stay again!
