The sweetest little stay!

I stayed here for a month and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better stay! The location was perfect for me. Downtown Wilmington and the beaches were all so easy to get to, especially Topsail Beach, which quickly became my favorite. You're also super close to all the restaurants, shops, and fun spots along Market Street, while still being tucked away in such a peaceful and lovely neighborhood. I really enjoyed taking walks around the area and how calm it felt. The studio itself was cozy, thoughtfully put together, and such a comfortable place to call home for the month. Lynn was incredibly welcoming and always easy to reach whenever I had a question or needed anything, which I really appreciated. I made so many great memories during my time here, and this studio truly became part of what made my month in Wilmington so special. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful place in a great location!

The absolute best stay!!

My family and I stayed in the cottage for several months while we were building our new home and it was such an amazing experience. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for enjoying walks, we loved the nature trails that located off Lafayette st. The cottage was impeccably clean and Lynn, is such an attentive and caring host. The cottage was very spacious and comfortable for us, we highly recommend it !!
