Perfect spot!
I was a tenant here for about 13 weeks and loved it. It was so relaxing to come back to after a long nightshift. It is so peaceful and quiet. I loved to open the window blinds in the sleeping space and watch the birds in the trees and weather. Its very secluded and private. The landlord is nice and it proactive to needs but gives you your space! I highly recommend staying here for your local assignments. Definitely a hidden gem!
