I was in between places before my next rent period started, and I found this furnished duplex in Black Forestit was absolutely perfect! One of the bathrooms is newly redone, fresh paint, and a spacious layout. Miss Brenda is so nice and very responsive. The deer neighbors are a nice add-on too! It is a duplex so the bottom of the house was occupied during my stay, but I never found it an issue because the top and bottom are completely separate and I could never hear them downstairs. I would absolutely stay here again and would absolutely recommend staying here!
