I was born and raised in Nashville yet have no musical talent (at all). I've lived in Charlotte for 24 years and love it -- lot's of activities, the beach is drivable that way, the mountains are drivable the other way. I lived in this listed property for 5 years and could not bear to sell it when I got married. It is special. The space is unique -- an industrial vibe with warm design inside. Its not claustrophobic - the open spaces just bring good energy. The fun and activities of SouthEnd are right outside the door.
