My stay here was wonderful, and Kathleen is an excellent landlord. She responded any questions promptly, and any issues I had with the property she quickly resolved and kept me updated on the progress being made to fix them. The property was clean and well-accquiped, and I had plenty of space. The decor and furnishings made the place feel inviting, and I enjoyed my time here. Kathleen was also very accommodating with amenities, which was much appreciated. The land that this property and the surrounding units sit on is also well-maintained. The property is also only ten minutes from downtown Wilmington, and its an easy drive to Bennington and Brattleboro, which was quite convenient for me. All in all a lovely place, and Id highly recommend staying here.
