Really enjoyed my stay at this property! The house was spacious, clean and with brand new appliances. The location is perfect for exploring DT Seattle or getting on quickly on to the 90 to check out neighboring areas such as Mercer Island, Bellevue, etc. The landlord Stu, always responded in super timely manner (within 5 minutes or less), and was very accommodating to any request we had, with having things replaced/fixed within the next day or 2. Stu really seemed to care about our living experience and was super thoughtful and respectful for any and all interactions with him. Definitely would stay at this property again if returning to Seattle

Amazing Landlord, Proximity to Many Bus Stops and Walkable
You would miss out if you didnt rent the property. First, the location its in Judkins Park, and the park itself is a mere 2 minute walk from the house, very easy to go for a run, walk a dog, take your kids outside etc. It feels pretty safe too. You wouldnt even need to bring a car, because Amazon fresh is a 10 minute walk from the house and its usually stocked and stays open late (and theres a Walgreens nearby too). Laundry is also in unit, super helpful. I think the real reason you should rent this property, is because of Stewart. He is beyond helpful and accessible, and replies extremely fast to concerns and gets them fixed. Our sink stopped working towards the end, we messaged him and it was fixed by the end of the day. The apartment is the bottom unit. The only negative is if youre living with others, if theyre super loud you can definitely hear them, but controlling your volume negates this. I would 100% recommend this place.
