I got to stay here for ~2 months and honestly wish it were longer. From the beginning, the landlords (now friends) were kind, inviting, and easy to communicate with. Always helpful with questions and local recommendations. It never felt like I was simply renting a place-I truly felt at home. The rental was cozy, comfortable, private, and had everything I needed. I especially loved having my own backyard area-a quiet place to relax while still being close to everything. Downtown Gulfport (Beach Boulevard) is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, art spaces, community events, the beach, and fishing pier. And if you're lucky, you might even spot the flock of honking peacocks in the trees! What I'll remember most is the warmth of the community. I arrived not knowing anyone, and two months later, I've decided I want to move back. There's a uniquely wholesome, quirky charm to Gulfport that makes it hard to leave. I'm grateful for this experience and would 100% stay here again.
