Birdtrot - A Downtown Gem!

This property is such a gem. It is so upscale and has everything you need for a short or long term stay. I ended up moving into Birdtrot originally for a month which ended up turning into a year long lease. A short distance from downtown Phoenix in a safe area. Also, Kenna and Dano are absolutely amazing landlords - super friendly and always quick to help. This casita exceeded my standards and now my expectations are set high. If I ever need to stay in the downtown area again, definitely choosing the Birdtrot. :)
