Our small apartment is a one bed, one bath at the end of our driveway. Since it's set back from the street, it is also more quiet.
The apartment is on the same property as our main home, so we are nearby and can help should anything come up. We will be sure to say hello if we see you in the driveway or passing by, but otherwise respect your privacy. We will follow your lead!

This is a brand new, second story, 1-bedroom apartment with an open and airy layout. All furniture and appliances are brand new, including a full size bathroom. Blackout curtains are installed in the bedroom and the kitchen is fully stocked (including a Nespresso). Linens are also provided. Also included: in-unit laundry, wifi, heating and air conditioning.

Neighborhood overview
We're walking distance from restaurants, wineries and breweries. Downtown State street is half a mile and the beach is a quarter mile. We have great neighbors and access to a park with a nice open lawn. We love where we live!
