My name is Trudy. Last year my husband and I decided to do an owner build ADU. We love our little neighborhood and thought it would be a great place for a midterm rental. A lot of thought and energy went into design and decorations both inside and out. Being a nurse and working with travel nurses, I got to find out what was important for the travel worker. Our family of 4 and 2 dogs live in the main house.
