Charming Holly Springs Family Home - Walk to Downtown, Work & Relax in Style

Wonderful & Responsive Host, Beautifully Appointed, Terrific Location

We've stayed in over 100 furnished homes and this is one of our absolute favorites! Audrey is an extremely responsive landlord, takes great care of the property, and has provided top quality items in the kitchen and great furniture. The media room is awesome. We really are very happy, especially this summer, having two temperature zones and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The house is well insulated and quiet. We are enjoying the fact that the neighborhood is friendly and peaceful. It's walkable to downtown Holly Springs, as well as 2 playgrounds, 2 parks, and a disc golf course. It's also a great location to avoid some of the commuting traffic on the bypass. This is one of those special homes that has a loving, cozy feel and a great vibe. The color scheme is soothing. We highly recommend this furnished finder home!

Amazing Home!

My family of 4 rented this home for a few months while we were house hunting. We had an amazing experience renting here and would highly recommend! The landlord is very responsive and very helpful. The home is clean, stocked with all our needs, and spacious and we loved the large, fenced in backyard. The location is perfect and close to so many things!
