This is a very quiet, very convenient 1BR furnished spot that should make staying in Nashville easy. It's a new renovation, it's connected to a very quiet family home, and it has a great park across the street. It's close to lots of Nashville businesses and hot spots, but it's also tucked away. We hope to make it flexible to your needs.

A separate unit built in 2022 that shares a wall with a larger house but has a separate entrance. Kitchenette with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. Bathtub and shower. Working fireplace with gas assist. Furnished, including a pull-out couch in living room. Main house has two kids and a parent, who live quietly. Main house has cats. Access to patio with wood-fired oven and grill.

Fantastic Location and Accomodating Host
Robbie was an incredible host that always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable in the space. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and right across the street from a little park. Far enough from downtown to avoid the hustle and bustle but close enough for a reasonably priced Lyft. I cannot recommend this spot enough, we hope to be back sometime in the future!
