The best part of this room rental is that it is a quiet space to rest and you have the room to yourself. We are long time homeowners in this culdesac and have known our kind and quiet neighbors for a quite a while.

This room fits one person comfortably with a hall bathroom. We have heat & AC. Bedroom has nice IKEA dresser, desk, bed, mirror, wall hooks and a ladder-shelf. Also mini blinds, and Costco blackout curtains. Bathroom has shower, is not remodeled but is nicely updated. We have new Costco towels (2sets) and hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and other bathroom essentials to get you started.

Quiet Comfy Room in a nice neighborhood
Loved staying here! Great environment/neighborhood, quiet, relaxing, and clean. Awesome family setting. Full bathroom with tub. COMFORTABLE bed. Minutes to shopping and gas. Easy access to Interstate 80 & 25 mins to SAC Airport. Owners are amazing!!! Say "Hi" to JoJo the Cat. Would definitely stay again.
