The location and apartment are both great. But the most important aspect is the landlord. Kerri is great! Very friendly and is very respectful of your privacy. Like I said...if I could give Kerri 10 stars I would!

Very nice and comfortable stay!
I had the opportunity of staying with Kerri over the summer and this was both our first, her first hosting and my first out of town stay. She made me feel at home. Kerri is very respectful and professional, with wonderful communication. If Im ever back in Washington, I know where Ill stay! Thank you Kerri :)
