I have a furnished room for rent in my 3br/2 ba, two car garage house. All ults are included with WiFi in the house. I am a light sleeper and have a low tolerance for noise at any time of day. I'm planning to retire on May 31. I have a fenced back yard. I have had tenants with pets in the past. We can talk about that.

If you need a place to stay in Flagstaff, then please check out Mark’s place. The place is cozy and rent is very affordable compared to overall area. Mark is very friendly, genuine and adventurous individual (great landlord). I thoroughly enjoy my time there and did some camping/hiking with Mark on my off days. The place is clean and quiet; which are the two things that i am looking for as a female traveler. If you stay long enough, you might get to enjoy his signature dish. :)
