Great house, great hosts!

My partner and I traveled to Louisville for a contract at U of L Jewish last April and didn't intend to stay as long as we did! We had a wonderful time living in this house! The location really can't be beat- you can walk to all of the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and shops on Frankfort Ave, or ride bikes out to the waterfront park and Big Four Bridge. NuLu and Whiskey Row are a 10 minute bike ride away, and St. Matthews is only 10-15 minutes up the road. We're actually quite bummed to leave! Toby (Daniel) and his wife are excellent hosts who are extremely friendly and accommodating. They are communicative and responsive, although we didn't have a single issue with the house to report during our 6 month stay! As a travel healthcare professional who has stayed in many furnished rentals, this one offers great value for everything that comes with it and you will feel very comfortable making this place your temporary home-away-from-home! Can't recommend the place or the hosts enough!
