Quiet, climate controlled, in a safe neighborhood, very close to Seattle

This was a very good rental, and I do hope Alyce and Ryan will allow me to rent this unit again in the future, when I take another contract in Seattle. Firstly, the space is larger than most rental units. There are blackout curtains for daysleepers, and these also keep the unit cool and comfortable during the hot summer months. the unit is very well sound-proofed. I could not hear anything from the outside. The neighborhood is a quiet cut-de-sac on a residential street in a nice part of town (East Hill). It is less than ten minutes by car to Valley Medical Center, close to grocery stores and gas stations. There is a green space trail nearby. The landlords are very respectful of privacy. They are nurses themselves, and have been travel nurses in there past- so they understand our industry and the challenges we face. The price is reasonable compared to most rental units in the area.
