Inviting Upper East Side (Carnegie Hill) Room Near Central Park and Museums. With in-room Mini Fridge and Smart TV.

safe, cozy, convenient home on the UES!

I had an amazing stay with Claudia and Phil. As a student rotating through Mount Sinai Hospital, this was the perfect place to stay. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, the space was very clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood felt safe and convenient. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone completing a rotation or looking for housing in the area.

Excellent stay

I was in New York for one month and staying with Phil and Claudia made it a safe, comfortable and fun time. They are very considerate hosts that really care about the people who stay with them. I was at several different clinical sites so their proximity to multiple different subway lines was very helpful. It was also very cold during my stay so I appreciated how warm and cozy their apartment was! Their location on the UES was also really pleasant to walk around in. Definitely recommend!

Great spot

Claudia & Phil were both very welcoming during my stay! I was in Manhattan for the month working at Mt. Sinai Hospital. They made the entire experience easy and the apartment is in a great location! If you are needing to stay in the area I would recommend this listing to anyone. It is close to great food, central park, and the subway. The area is incredibly safe. I frequently would walk alone to work at 4:45 AM with no issues. Overall great place with kind people.
