Perfect for working at VCU

This was such a convenient place to live for two months while working/studying at VCU! I walked to and from work each day and had no problems. I also just took lots of walks and runs around the area and loved it. It is street parking, but I was able to find street parking on the block 95% of the time. Eric is a great landlord and the place came stocked with blankets, cooking supplies, dehumidifier, printer, towels, etc! The place is super cute and well thought out! You do have someone living above you, but I always bring a fan with me to act as white noise while I sleep. But yes couldn't recommend this place anymore.

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

I can't say enough great things about living at this apartment for the past 3 months. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was fully furnished with everything I needed to feel at home right away. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself is well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. The host, Eric, was responsive, respectful, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place here in Richmond. This apartment really checks all the boxes and I'd happily stay here again!
