Cozy and Quiet Private Bed and Shower In Fully Renovated Home

Nick and Natalia are very kind. The bed is comfy and homey. Nick's gone most days, so you're mostly with Natalia, but weekends might be different. They provide a fridge, microwave, and air fryer. Bring your own kitchenware if you want to use the stove/oven. It's a safe place with cameras inside and out. I worked Downtown Sacramento, about 15 minutes away during rush hour. Lots of food nearby. A car is a must since public transport isn't great. They're responsive and understanding. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

Friendly Host, Couldn't Have Been Better

I got internship to work at downtown Sacramento while taking class at Sacramento State. I found Nick & Natalia place through here and I really had a good experience so far. The space is fully remodeled, clean and organized. Natalia is very helpful and will accomodate whatever your need is. This has been very convenient for me to get to work and to school.

Great Living Experience! Definitely Coming Back

I absolutely loved staying here. Nick & Natalia really has everything you need in this place and the front and back yard are beautiful. I am a healthcare professional and working at UC Davis. You are walking distance to the grocery store and minutes away driving from other plazas. The area is safe and I never had any problems with the parking my car on the premises. There is a neighbor cat named Sushi and she is adorable, she lives outdoors. Definitely recommend staying here!
