1 bedroom nice neighborhood with laundry pet friendly

Super comfortable, nice neighbors and landlord!

I stayed here for 3 1/2 months while working at a nearby hospital for a travel contract and had a great experience. Sam is a very communicative and reasonable landlord and the neighbors are great as well. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped with everything you need. There is a spacious basement with laundry where Sam let me keep things that I didn't need in the apartment. The neighborhood felt safe enough, never had any issues. Highly recommend!

Perfect little Apartment.

We stayed at Sam's place for one month, and it felt just like home. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful, and is also a quick drive to freeway access, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. Sam was very easy to work with, and quick to respond to any questions. I would certainly stay here again.
