Luxury 4-Bedroom Home in the Heart of New Albany

Amazing Home. Fantastic Owner. Zero Stress.

We were building a home and needed a comfortable place that could meet all our needs in the meantime. This house exceeded every expectation. The new furniture and smart layout give a family plenty of spots to work, relax, or get space. The location is unbeatable. It's a great neighborhood, close to everything. Kids can walk to school, and my older kids walked to downtown New Albany. Proximity to the gym, stores, and daily essentials made life easy. We moved in before the 4th of July and watched fireworks from the back patio. After scouring the internet, nothing came close. The house is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to settle in immediately. Working with Kevin made it even better. He was responsive and easy to work with, and when we had a hot water heater issue, he handled it immediately. He is fast, gracious, and on top of it. Highly recommend.
