Great property. Cant recommend enough. Safe area, close to I-10 and all Metairie has to offer. Konrad will be my first text the next time work brings me to the area. I stayed for 2 months due to a work assignment. Place was clean, appliances were new, bed was comfortable. Shared washers and dryers, but they were free so no complaints there. Each unit has designated parking for 2 vehicles. I personally appreciate that Konrad is a stand up dude running a professional operation. Feels better renting from a guy like that than a real estate firm (last part is anpersonal preference though)

We were very pleased with our stay at these apartments. We rented 2 apartments for 1 month, due to working in the area. The landlord was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He was attentive and accommodating to our needs. The apartments were very nice. They were also stocked with the basic necessities to start our stay. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for lodging in this area. We will definitely stay here again next time we are working in the area!
