Great place, nice landlord

This is a very nice place to stay and Tim is very responsive. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. The house stays cool. The hot tub was my wife's absolute favorite. Tim has lawn care and hot tub workers that come out and keep everything looking nice. I think this is likely the nicest place in the Monterey area for the price and size. If we come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again, if it is available

Great Stay

This was a great stay with a great host. House had everything a person would need. Great communication, quiet and safe. Tim was more than helpful on anything we needed. If I'm in the area again and this is available I will defenitly reach out.
