Great owner though !!!
Luba the property owner is great. I was disappointed with my living situation upon arrival. The apartment had a noticeable roach problem, which made it uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, the sheets did not appear to be clean, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness and care taken to prepare the space. These issues significantly affected my experience and are important for future tenants to be aware of.
